Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations. You will coach and mentor the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized service while achieving sales and customer service targets.

The role involves cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rota, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced cosmetics environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store on rota is desirable.
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
