Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth operations and delivering inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets.

You will lead by example, coach and mentor the sales team, handle cash reconciliation, and participate in opening and closing the store on a rota, as part of a long-term career with a leader in prestige beauty.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience in cosmetics preferred.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable experience with cash reconciliation and store opening/closing.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to meet sales and service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized service to customers.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and sales targets.
• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and participate in opening/closing on a rota.
