Job summary

KDC-ONE is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate resources, schedules and communications to ensure new product launches stay on time and within budget. You will track line trials, manage quotes, prepare documentation, and lead site-wide meetings to drive projects from outline to First Production, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to GMP/OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred; equivalent work experience allowed.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
• Experience with planning and requirements phases from a PM perspective (planning, scope refinement, leadership).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate briefs and forecasts for new projects; manage components and raw materials for pilots and trials.
• Update and maintain project tracking tools (Smartsheet) and create timelines with Critical Path milestones.
• Prepare and ensure on-time completion of RFPs, quotes, and tooling forms; gather quotes for parts from engineering.
• Schedule line trials and coordinate with customer operations to minimize production disruption.
• Prepare line trial packets and ensure documentation supports line trials.
• Lead project update meetings and clearly communicate decisions and dates to stakeholders.
• Drive on-time delivery by following up on outstanding information and deliverables.
