Job summary

Kdc One is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and organize resources, equipment, meetings and information to ensure successful new product launches within time and budget. You will manage line trials, prepare quotes, and drive cross-functional collaboration to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities include maintaining project trackers, coordinating with engineering, quality, and operations, and delivering clear updates to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/operations management strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of training/experience in project management.
• Experience with planning and requirement phases from a Project Management perspective.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate briefs and forecasts for new projects; manage components, bulks and raw materials to meet milestones.
• Update and maintain project tracking tools (Smartsheet) and create project timelines with Critical Path.
• Prepare on-time RFPs, quotes, and tooling forms; gather quotes for change parts and track for finance.
• Coordinate line times/dates for trials with scheduling and customer ops teams to minimize production disruption.
• Prepare line trial packets and ensure documentation supports line trials; align with engineering and quality on critical messaging to customers.
• Lead project update meetings and drive for alignment to keep projects moving forward.
