Job summary

KDC-ONE is seeking a developer to drive new product development in the lab, from ideation to launch, ensuring resources align with targets and cost constraints. You will document procedures, communicate with departments, and support regulatory compliance and GMP requirements.

Responsibilities include color matching, reformulation for improvement, and collaboration with manufacturing to transition formulations from lab to plant scale, while maintaining thorough records and quality standards.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related biological science.
• 2–4 years of hands-on formulation experience in air care/home care products.
• Experience with all stages of product development including stability, safety, claims, regulatory, scale-up and transfer to manufacturing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development from ideation to launch per priorities.
• Ensure resources meet targets, deadlines and cost targets as per development brief.
• Document procedures and maintain lab records of experiments.
• Coordinate with manufacturing for scale-up and finish product specs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (EPA, TSCA, CARB) and GMP requirements.
