Job summary

Capsum seeks a Project Manager for a full-time contract to drive new product development projects in cosmetics. You will coordinate timelines, track deliverables, and communicate with both internal teams and customers to keep projects on schedule from kickoff through production.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry, Biology, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in cosmetics, personal care, or beauty manufacturing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple new product development projects simultaneously from kickoff through production.
• Maintain project timelines and monitor milestone completion.
• Coordinate project kickoffs and recurring customer status meetings.
• Schedule internal and external meetings and distribute agendas and meeting summaries.
• Track project progress and communicate status updates to internal teams and customers.
• Ensure project documentation remains accurate and up to date.
