Job summary

CTK OTC Laboratories in Corona, CA is seeking a Project Manager with 2+ years in cosmetic manufacturing to coordinate client projects from quote through sampling, production and delivery.

Role is hands-on, mid-level, client-facing and based in Corona with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, R&D, Packaging, Procurement, Production and Legal. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in cosmetic manufacturing or project management.
• Understanding of the cosmetic product development process from brief to delivery.
• Experience communicating with clients and providing clear updates.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project tracking with timelines, milestones, owners, and due dates.
• Coordinate cross-functional follow-up with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Support development and sampling: briefs, formula revisions, shade/fragrance direction, samples, approvals, history.
• Prepare clear status updates, meeting recaps, and professional follow-up messages.
• Track packaging and artwork specifications and approvals.
• Monitor development fees, PO status, lead times, and client responsibilities.
• Keep organized files and decision history for rapid information retrieval.
• Move time-sensitive work forward and keep hiring manager informed.
