Job summary

Kdc One is seeking a Formula Control Coordinator to manage product formulas, specifications, and related documentation across the product lifecycle. You will coordinate changes, ensure traceability, and collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations in a fast-paced cosmetic/consumer goods environment.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, data integrity, and strict adherence to cGMP and SOPs. Strong Excel skills and bilingual English/Spanish are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years in formula control, PLM, or related manufacturing roles.
• Strong document control and change management experience.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control all product formulas, raw material specs, bulk and finished goods specs.
• Create, update, revise, and distribute technical documentation as required.
• Ensure all formula revisions and spec changes are reviewed, approved, and implemented.
• Maintain formula version history with complete traceability of changes.
• Coordinate new formula creation, reformulations, discontinued products, and customer-requested changes.
• Coordinate change requests through established procedures and track timelines.
• Generate reports and support audits related to formulas and documentation.
