Job summary

Capsum Inc is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support new product development in cosmetics. You will coordinate timelines, track deliverables, and communicate with internal teams and customers to keep projects on schedule from kickoff through production.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in cosmetics or beauty manufacturing, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years in cosmetics/personal care/beauty manufacturing is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple new product development projects from kickoff to production.
• Maintain project timelines and monitor milestones.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and summaries, and communicate status to teams and customers.
• Maintain project documentation and databases.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to support production readiness.
