Job summary

L&R Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service cosmetic displays and resets across Mansfield, OH and nearby towns. The role uses a company tablet and scanner to place orders, stock shelves, and ensure displays meet planograms.

Expect routes and merchandising duties within 6 AM–5 PM windows and potential part-time to full-time growth. The position offers up to 30 hours weekly with opportunities to transition to full-time after 60 days if 30+ hours are met weekly.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets, planograms and store footage.
• Retail sales and inventory control knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using tablet and scanner per store guidelines.
• Service store routes with the District Manager and follow visit processes.
• Implement planograms and reset cosmetic displays per instructions.
• Maintain stock levels, take photos, and complete task forms.
• Communicate professionally with store staff during visits.
• Assist with store surveys, audits, and arising issues.
