Job summary

L&R DISTRIBUTORS is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. The role focuses on stocking, organizing, and displaying products, and supporting store resets with updated planograms and shelves to meet company and retailer standards.

You will work up to 40 hours weekly within a territory across the West, Central, and East Coast regions. Use a company tablet and Repsly for route execution and reporting, while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising or field service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow store guidelines and planograms.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones for store visits.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory per store guidelines using tablet and scanner.
• Service routes according to call frequencies with District Manager.
• Implement planograms and resets to meet retailer standards.
• Drive to assigned stores and maintain stock levels.
• Photograph displays and complete task forms for audits.
