L&R is the largest distributor and a major purchaser of cosmetics and related products in the United States, with over 40,000 items distributed from three regional warehouses. We seek a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores and support store resets by implementing planograms, relocating products, and ensuring displays meet standards.

Territory covers IN across multiple cities. Hourly pay is $15.00 with mileage reimbursement, paid drive time, and Part-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets and planograms is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory as per store guidelines using a tablet and scanner (Repsly).
• Service store routes per calling frequencies with the District Manager.
• Execute store visits, update task forms, and capture photos to maintain stock.
• Implement planograms and resets to match provided schematics.
• Ensure resets meet L&R standards and timelines.
• Install shelving, hooks, and fixtures according to planograms.
• Process returns following company policies and reclamation rules.
• Stay informed on promotions, invoicing, and return policies.
• Communicate professionally with store staff and management.
• Keep displays clean, organized, and photographed as required.
• Assist additional stores as needed for business needs.
