Job summary

L&R DISTRIBUTORS is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across the West, Central, and East Coast regions. The role supports resets, planograms, and stock organization with a company tablet and Repsly software.

Hours up to 24 per week with potential transition to full-time after 60 days if 30+ hours are met weekly. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour, with mileage/toll reimbursement and part-time benefits before full-time eligibility.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets, planograms and store footage is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory control knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using a company tablet and scanner with Repsly.
• Service store routes per assigned call frequencies with District Manager.
• Follow store visit process including merchandising and photo documentation.
• Implement planograms and schematics for cosmetic displays per instructions.
• Ensure resets meet L&R standards and timelines.
• Install and adjust shelving and fixtures to match planograms.
• Process customer returns following guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, invoicing, exchanges and returns.
• Communicate professionally with Store Management and Associates.
• Conduct store surveys and take photos to resolve issues.
• Support additional stores as needed.
