Job summary

L&R DISTRIBUTORS is seeking a field merchandiser to service retail locations in Kentucky, with part-time to full-time hours and potential for full-time progression. This role focuses on stocking, organizing, and displaying cosmetics and related items, ensuring compliance with planograms and retailer standards.

Territories include Shelbyville, Frankfort, and Lawrenceburg, KY. Expect up to 28 hours per week, with service between 6 AM and 5 PM and an 8 PM drop-dead time with authorization.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets and planograms.
• Retail sales and inventory knowledge helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory via company tablet and scanner.
• Service store routes per the assigned call frequencies with the District Manager.
• Execute store visits and merchandising deliveries per planograms and instructions.
• Install and adjust shelving, hooks, and fixtures to match planograms.
• Ensure resets meet L&R standards and timelines.
• Maintain professional communication with store staff during visits.
