Job summary

L&R is the largest distributor and the 6th largest purchaser of cosmetics in the United States. We seek a Field Merchandiser to ensure products are stocked, organized, and displayed at assigned retail locations, supporting store resets and planograms.

The role covers Columbus, OH and surrounding areas with up to 30 hours per week. The position offers mileage reimbursement, paid drive time, and potential transition to full-time after meeting weekly targets, plus full-time benefits when applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets, planograms and store footage is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory control knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to safely use a ladder or step stool to access higher fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for required inventory using a company tablet and scanner (Repsly).
• Service store routes per call frequencies, co-operating with the District Manager.
• Follow store visit process: merchandising delivery, fill forms, take photos, maintain stock levels.
• Implement planograms and schematics to reset displays per instructions.
