Job summary

L&R Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across Kentucky. You will stock, organize, and display products, and support store resets by implementing planograms to meet company and retailer standards.

Territories include Shelbyville, Frankfort, and Lawrenceburg. The schedule offers up to 28 hours per week, with service hours 6 AM–5 PM and a latest drop-off at 8 PM; there is potential to transition to full-time after 60 days if you meet 30+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience required.
• Familiar with store resets and planograms.
• Knowledge of retail sales and inventory control.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using tablet and scanner.
• Service store routes with the District Manager guidance.
• Follow store visit process and complete task forms.
• Implement planograms and resets per instructions.
• Ensure resets meet standards and timelines.
• Install shelving and fixtures as needed.
• Process returns per guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and invoicing policies.
• Communicate with Store Management and Associates.
• Conduct store audits and take photos when requested.
