Job summary

L&R is seeking a Field Merchandiser to ensure products are stocked, organized, and displayed across assigned stores. Responsibilities include executing planograms, resets, and maintaining retailer standards while traveling to Bowling Green, KY and surrounding areas.

The role offers up to 25 hours weekly with potential transition to full-time after meeting thresholds. Ideal candidates have merchandising or retail experience, comfortable with tablets/scanners, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets, planograms and store footage is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory control knowledge are a plus.
• Ability to safely use a ladder or step stool to access higher fixtures.
• Ability to conduct physical work, frequently lifting up to 50lbs.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using tablet and scanner with Repsly.
• Service store routes according to call frequencies with District Manager.
• Follow store visit process including merchandising delivery and photos.
• Implement planograms and schematics to reset displays.
• Complete resets per company standards and timelines.
• Install and adjust shelving and fixtures per planogram specs.
• Process customer returns per guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, invoicing, exchanges, and returns.
• Communicate with Store Management and Associates.
