Job summary

L&R is a leading cosmetics distributor seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across multiple regions. You will ensure products are stocked, organized, and displayed, and you will implement planograms and store resets to meet retailer standards.

The role covers West, Central, and East Coast regions with up to 40 hours per week. Part-time to full-time positions include mileage reimbursement, drive time, and benefits; potential transition to full-time after 60 days with consistent

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets and planograms.
• Retail sales and inventory knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using tablet and scanner with Repsly software.
• Service store routes per assigned call frequencies with District Manager.
• Execute planograms and resets per provided instructions.
• Install shelving and fixtures per planograms.
• Process returns following guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, policies, and invoicing.
• Communicate with store staff during visits.
• Take photos for store surveys and audits.
• Service additional stores as needed.
