Job summary

L&R is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across the West, Central and East regions, with a focus on cosmetics and related products. The Houston territory is included, with up to 40 hours per week.

You will work with store teams to stock, organize, and display products to company and retailer standards. The role requires merchandising experience, familiarity with resets and planograms, and proficiency with tablets and smartphones.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Experience with resets, planograms and store footage is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using a tablet and scanner with Repsly.
• Service store routes and coordinate with the District Manager.
• Implement planograms and reset cosmetic displays per instructions.
• Ensure displays meet standards and timelines, plus handle returns.
