Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk check-in and check-out processes.
• Update client information and provide necessary forms.
• Create client profiles in the EMR system per protocols.
• Reconcile daily charges and handle payments.
• Ensure exceptional patient satisfaction and privacy.
• Enroll patients in rewards programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Assist with inbound calls and scheduling.
• Make outbound calls for appointment preparations.
• Escalate issues to the Cosmetic Suite Manager as needed.
• Complete monthly inventory and keep marketing materials current.
• Cultivate relationships with cosmetic reps for education and samples.
• Occasionally work evenings for special promotions and events.
