Job summary

Anne Arundel Dermatology is seeking a Cosmetic Suite Supervisor to lead the Medical Assistant team and ensure safe, efficient patient care in the cosmetic suite. You will partner with clinical staff and leadership to optimize daily operations and growth of cosmetic services.

The role requires CMA/RMA credentials, CPR certification, and supervisory experience; dermatology background is a plus. Expect a dynamic, patient-focused environment with opportunities to improve workflows and patient

Qualifications

• Must have CMA/RMA credential and CPR certification.
• Experience supervising Medical Assistants is preferred.
• Dermatology experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cosmetic suite operations and workflow.
• Interview, hire, train, and coach Medical Assistant staff.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Drive cosmetic revenue through engagement and bookings.
• Ensure high-quality patient experience from inquiry to aftercare.
