Job summary

Veritiv Corporation in the United States seeks a Corrugated Sales Specialist to support field sales in growing and closing profitable corrugated packaging solutions. You will provide expertise to field reps to increase sales with custom designs, cost savings, and improved packaging processes.

Requires 5-10 years of related experience, travel 50-75%, and a High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

5-10 years of related job experience.
Sales experience with fiber-based packaging including paperboard, corrugated and laminated substrates.
Experience in corrugated packaging design and graphics preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present technical proposals aligning Veritiv products with customer needs.
Support unit sales through pre-sales/post-sales technical consulting.
Visit and survey major customers and prospects to develop cost-saving concepts.
Maintain pipeline with value opportunities to achieve growth goals in the territory.
Develop new business by targeting key accounts with field sales support.
Collaborate with Design Centers, Sales Managers, Sourcing, Logistics and other teams to grow profitable sales.
