The role provides technical guidance to account teams, creates value through custom designs, and aims to boost profitability and margins across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of related job experience.
• Experience in corrugated packaging design and graphics preferred.
• Sales experience working with fiber-based packaging including paperboard, corrugated and laminated substrates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present technical proposals showing how Veritiv's products meet customer needs.
• Supports unit sales plan through pre-sales and post-sales technical consulting.
• Visit and survey major customers and prospects to develop cost-reduction alternatives.
• Maintain corrugated/folding carton sales pipeline to achieve growth objectives.
• Develop new business in assigned geography with key accounts.
• Collaborate with Design Centers, Sales Managers, and logistics to increase profitable sales.
