Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. seeks a Telecom Technician to serve as the primary interface for facility system inquiries, including tracking inmate grievances and responses. You will repair or replace broken telephone sets and provide weekly status updates on system repairs.

The role requires maintenance of on-site equipment, coordination with security for visits, and assistance with reporting needs for facility personnel. Evening or night shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Customer service experience with strong communication skills.
• 3+ years in a high-tech environment handling hardware, software and networking.
• Overtime and non-standard hours may be required, including evenings.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage inmate inquiries, grievances and responses.
• Add and maintain PIN number investigations and related reports.
• Assist facility investigative personnel with reporting tasks.
• Coordinate planned site visits and material delivery through facility security.
• Provide weekly updates on phone system status and repairs.
• Repair or replace broken telephone sets and troubleshoot systems.
• Create trouble tickets and monitor repair/equipment requests.
• Maintain onsite equipment inventory and assist with training.
