Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc.—including Trinity Services Group, Keefe Group, and Courtesy Products—seeks a Telecom Technician for our IC Solutions (ICS) unit. You will be the primary interface for facility system inquiries, track inmate inquiries, and repair or replace broken telephone sets inside correctional facilities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, and 3+ years in high-tech environments with hardware, software and networking skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.
• 3+ years in a high-tech environment with hardware, software, and networking skills.
• Overtime, non-standard schedules, and evening/night shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage inmate inquiries (grievances), complaints, and responses.
• Add and maintain PIN number investigations.
• Assist facility personnel with reporting needs and tasks.
• Coordinate planned site visits and material delivery with security.
• Provide weekly updates of phone system status and repairs.
