Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• 3+ years in a high tech environment focused on hardware, software and networking.
• Overtime and non-standard schedules may be required.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage inmate inquiries and grievances.
• Repair or replace broken telephone sets and manage tablets.
• Provide weekly updates on phone system status and repairs.
• Assist technical support with system troubleshooting and reports.
• Create trouble tickets and track repair/equipment requests.
