Qualifications

• Current, valid North Carolina RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1+ year of RN experience within the last 3 years.
• Copy of PSV (Primary Source Verification) if required by licensing board.
• Copy of current required certifications (e.g., BLS, N95 fit test, immunizations, TB test).

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy and other procedures within scope of practice.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
