Elior North America, partnering with Summit in Saint Louis, MO, seeks an experienced cook supervisor to lead a correctional facility kitchen team. You will coordinate staff, ensure timely, high-quality meals, and uphold sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in high-volume, scratch-focused environment.
• Thorough knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.

• Strong product knowledge with friendly, helpful customer service and team leadership.
• Experience supervising a team is preferred.
