Summit, a division of Elior North America, seeks an experienced cook supervisor to join our Corrections team in Cheyenne, WY. You will coordinate and supervise staff to ensure fast-paced, high-quality meals meet established standards.

Responsibilities include training on food service and sanitation, ensuring on-time meal service, and upholding portion, appearance, and temperature standards while fostering a safe, supportive kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume, quality establishment.
• Proficient in proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask.
• Experience supervising a team and providing friendly customer service.
• Food Handlers certification preferred.
