Job summary

Elior North America is hiring a cook supervisor for the Corrections team at the Cheyenne, WY location. You will coordinate and supervise staff to maintain high-quality, on-time meals in a fast-paced environment within the Laramie County Detention Center setting.

The role requires prior culinary leadership in high-volume kitchens, strong knowledge of cooking methods, and a focus on safety and customer service. This is a full-time, on-site position with Summit brand involvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year culinary experience in high-volume, scratch-focused kitchen.
• Thorough knowledge of proper culinary methods and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
