Summit is seeking an experienced cook supervisor for its Corrections team at the Laramie County Detention Center in Cheyenne, WY. You will coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to high standards in a demanding environment.

The role requires overseeing meal service, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining quality across all food items. Onsite position with competitive benefits and a focus on safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising a team and providing direction to staff.
• Food handlers certification is a plus.
• Strong product knowledge and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities
