Trinity Services Group is hiring a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and food service operations inside the Onondaga County jail in Jamesville. You will prepare and serve a variety of meals following menus, train staff, and ensure a safe, compliant kitchen environment.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 18 years old; prior institutional food service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 18+ years of age.
• Prefer institutional food service or restaurant experience.
• Knowledge of food handling regulations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff during food prep and service.
• Cook and serve meals according to recipes and menus.
• Train other food service workers and maintain safety standards.
• Ensure a healthy, compliant work environment for staff and inmates.
