Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to manage inmate labor and a kitchen team inside the Steuben County Jail. The role involves cooking, serving meals, and following menus while meeting nutritional standards.

You will report to the Food Service Director and work on-site within a correctional facility. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 21, and preferably have prior institutional food service experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Preferred prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to procedures.
• Use utensils/equipment to cook and portion food according to recipes and nutrition needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Stand for extended periods and perform required physical duties.
