Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen teams in a correctional facility, preparing and serving meals per recipes and menus. You will report to a Food Service Director and work on-site inside a jail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; applicant must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.
• We look for passion for food and service and ability to work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve food per planned schedules and procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to prepare and portion meals.
• Train other food service workers.
