Trinity Services Group Inc. is hiring a Food Service Supervisor to manage inmate labor and food service operations inside a jail/correctional facility in Jamesville, NY.

You will prepare and serve meals, follow menus, and operate kitchen equipment while ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years of age, and preferably prior institutional food service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior institutional food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Prepare and serve meals according to recipes and menus.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Stand for extended periods and be able to lift and move items as needed.
