Qualifications

• Five years of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Knowledge and experience managing sanitation and safety standards.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and mathematical reports.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the facility food service operation.
• Hire, orient, train and take corrective action for team members.
• Review and approve payroll weekly.
• Maintain strong client relations and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory, menu adherence, and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and health codes.
