Trinity Services Group Inc. is hiring a Food Service Director to oversee a single-site operation in a correctional facility. The role requires leading a team, managing payroll, and maintaining food safety and regulatory compliance.

Open availability is required (4:00am–7:00pm, including some weekends and holidays). The position is on-site with career growth opportunities and industry-leading benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and be at least 19 years old.
• Five years of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Experience managing kitchen sanitation and safety standards and methods.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and ability to complete reports.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quantities of food prepared and served according to site plan.
• Hire, orient, train and issue corrective action to team members.
• Review payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Ensure team members are trained to perform responsibilities safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for planned menus.
• Ensure proper storage of food items.
