Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five years of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Experience with kitchen sanitation and safety standards and methods.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and mathematical abilities to complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee appropriate quantities of food prepared and served according to facility/site plan.
• Hire, orient, train and issue corrective action to team members.
• Review payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Ensure staff trained to perform job responsibilities safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and pre-plan menus.
• Ensure proper storage of food items and maintain service quality.
