Job summary

NaphCare, Inc. is seeking a motivated Mental Health Clerk to provide essential administrative support within the Birmingham Community Work Based Facility. This role involves direct interaction alongside medical professionals, where you will manage calls, enter data into Electronic Health Records and perform various clerical tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of clerical experience, preferably in a correctional setting.
• Ability to obtain BLS CPR Certification (AHA preferred).
• Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming calls, direct or transfer calls.
• Use Microsoft Office to prepare reports, memos and correspondence.
• Perform clerical functions including tracking supplies and creating purchase orders.
