Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of correctional environment practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inspections of the units.
• Track incidents, vet them, and report to Operations Center.
• Lead staff in maintaining security and safety of facilities.
• Follow policies and procedures in operations and preparedness.
• Provide input on staff assignments, performance, and corrective actions.
• Assist in identifying offender treatment needs and rehab support.
• Direct staff on maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
• Act as shift supervisor coordinating daily operations.
• Recruit, onboard, and train employees for role clarity and development.
• Set expectations, measure progress, and provide feedback.
