Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a correctional security setting with inmate care.
• One year at Sergeant level in a correctional system.
• Ability to obtain DPSST Correctional Certificate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custody, control, supervision, and daily care of adults in custody.
• Supervise an entire shift of security staff and assign duties.
• Uphold department rules, procedures, and post orders; support leadership team.
