Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a correctional facility in McKinney, TX. You will prepare and serve diverse menus, follow work instructions, and operate food-prep equipment to meet nutritional needs.

The role emphasizes teamwork, willingness to learn, adherence to food handling regulations, and flexible adaptation to change. Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, 18+ years old.
• Experience in institutional food service or restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve meals according to planned schedules and procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook and portion foods.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a safe, healthy work environment for staff and inmates.
• Stand, lift, bend, and move throughout shifts.
