Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of food items, following menus and work instructions, and report to the Food Service Director.

The ideal candidate has a passion for food service, understands food handling regulations, and adapts quickly while working as part of a team. Onsite work in a jail setting is required and prior institutional food service experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Preferred experience in institutional food service or restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve meals according to schedules and procedures.
• Prepare and cook food using kitchen equipment per recipes.
• Train other food service workers.
• Maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
• Physical requirements include lifting, bending, standing for long periods.
