Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations inside a correctional facility, preparing and serving meals according to menus and recipes. You will report to the Food Service Director, work on-site, and ensure a safe, efficient operation while promoting teamwork and compliance with food handling regulations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 18+, with preferred experience in institutional food service or restaurants;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 18+ years old.
• Preferred institutional food service or restaurant experience.
• Willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook food according to recipes and meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for other employees/inmates.
• Stand for extended periods and handle physical demands of the role.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.
