Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff in a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve diverse meals following recipes and menus, using standard equipment, and ensuring nutritional requirements are met.

You will report to a Food Service Director and work on-site inside a jail facility. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, adheres to handling regulations, and thrives in a team environment with adaptability to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 18 years old.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook and portion meals to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Stand, lift, bend, push, kneel, and walk for long periods as required.
