Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve meals according to menus, supervise staff, and ensure sanitary handling of foods, equipment, and storage.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adaptability in a structured environment. Ideal candidates have a passion for food service, understand food safety regulations, and are capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or equivalent experience. Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and/or team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Prepare and instruct on quality foods according to planned menus and work instructions.
• Ensure all food is stored properly and in a sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to schedules and department policies.
• Train other food service workers and maintain a clean work area.
