Job summary

Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of menu items following instructions, and supervise team members during shifts.

Report to a Food Service Director, work onsite, and thrive in a fast-paced environment; required high school diploma or GED, preferred institutional food service experience. DailyPay and a $250 rookie bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience in institutional food service or restaurant settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff during food prep and service.
• Serve food according to planned meal schedules and procedures.
• Cook food using recipes and serve plated portions to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Stand and be on your feet for extended periods; perform lifting and bending as required.
