Summit is seeking an experienced cook supervisor to join our correctional team in Huntsville, TX. You will coordinate and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to high standards in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes training in food service and sanitation, ensuring meals start on time and meet portion, appearance, and temperature expectations. Part-time onsite position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must-haves: at least one years’ prior culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising a team and providing friendly customer service.
