Summit, located in Bay Minette, AL, is seeking an experienced food service supervisor for a correctional facility kitchen role. You will directly oversee meal production and service, following daily needs and contractual obligations.

You will supervise staff, maintain quality standards, and ensure efficient meal preparation and portioning in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time, onsite at the Baldwin County Sheriff Office facility.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising multiple employees.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.
• An advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field (nice to have).
• Food Handler’s certification (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on supervision for preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals per company recipes.
