Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a correctional facility in Pueblo, CO. You will prepare and serve meals, follow menus, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and you are at least 18 years old.
• Preferred prior institutional food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service shifts.
• Serve meals according to planned schedules and department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook and portion meals.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Be able to stand and perform tasks for extended periods; other duties as needed.
